I was in the Faculty of Engineering, Nus (National University of Singapore), with two of my classmates, Andrew and Rui Shen. We were down for the catapult challenge... and we will be competing against secondary, junior colleges and Nus students!

We thought we were well prepared for the competition (we fired 8m yesterday). However, we had overestimated ourselves. The others were more confident and well prepared than us. Maybe I should had stayed at home today.

The other secondary students had the support and guidance from their teachers... and we... our teacher, Miss Ting, did not even bother to pay the $12 fee for the competition! We were given three hours to complete our structure.

Unfortunately, after three long hours, our structure gave way. We had to give up and go home :(. It was so embarrassing, and we were in our school uniform!
